Students must maintain professional conduct during classes and in all communications. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund or other remedies.

RankUp Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
